As certified trial attorneys by the New Jersey Supreme Court, we are able to give referral fees to referring attorneys for Criminal Law cases. We have setup a process to efficiently get your referrals to our intake team to begin our intake process. Our staff has been trained how to handle referrals and keep you informed about your referral's status. We have a process to ensure referral fees are paid when authorized by Rule 1:39-6d. Our materials include a Receptionist Guide to give your receptionist or secretary a script for prospective clients and all the forms and ways to refer us a criminal law case. 

The Supreme Court of New Jersey established the Board on Attorney Certification in 1980 to help consumers find attorneys who have a recognized level of competence in particular fields of law. The Supreme Court of New Jersey has directed the Board on Attorney Certification to administer the attorney certification program to protect consumers from false advertising and raise the level of competence of attorneys in this State. This program is designed to help you and your clients make an informed decision when seeking and selecting a lawyer or referral partner.
